Today was much of a turn out, but that is OK. The people that were there had some good talks about animal rights. The discussion was based around the “30 Days: Animal Rights” episode. This episode was used to spark discussion and thought on the animal rights issues. A great episode and is well worth watching.
Along with the episode we made our vegan chocolate mousse, and also had strawberries and bananas on the side. This was a great little dessert/snack and is recommended to anyone who wants to make a great vegen dish.

We will be having our next meeting next Saturday, Feb. 21st at the Hays Public Library. We will be discusing how how to use toffu as this has been requested by many who missed our previous dimistration on it (like we could really cover it all the first time anyway 
We should also have a schedule for the next two months of our meetings at that meeting. I will post it on the site as soon as I can. I hope to see you next Saturday.
